Excel offers flexible Project Delivery models that maximize delivery efficiency while reducing costs. Our delivery models can be customized to suit Customer specific requirements.

We deliver our project implementation services primarily using three models:

Onsite

With this model, clients have the position of project development at their location. It enables the client to directly oversee all aspects of development. This model is recommended when close interaction with the development team is required.

Offsite

Projects would be developed and executed for the client on Excel development center in Toronto, Canada. Excel’s Onsite team would execute any deployment and execution services required at onsite.

Offshore

The technology today enables the Excel’s ‘offshore team’ to add value to projects that are being carried out anywhere in the world, by actively collaborating and delivering results on time. With excellent communication facilities and state of the art infrastructure, we bring to our clients the immense advantage of world -class solutions at internationally competitive terms. Project would be developed and executed for the client on Excel offshore development center.
